Event Five
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
First Thursday
Alleyvision LLC is excited to announce the official launch of The Abstract Game (TAG), a unique, handcrafted art experience designed for artists, families, educators, and creative minds alike. This innovative game allows players to collaborate in creating a one-of-a-kind abstract artwork while fostering teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
Created by Heather and Bill Alley, the dynamic art duo known as HAWA, TAG is the result of five years of dedicated development and refinement. Each kit is made in the USA from the finest quality wood, packaged with luxurious velvet bags, and comes with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring that each game is a true original.
“We designed TAG to break the boundaries of traditional art-making,” said Heather Alley, co-creator of TAG. “It’s a fun, interactive way to connect with others through creativity. Whether you’re an experienced artist or simply enjoy making art, TAG offers a collaborative and freeing experience without the pressure of competition.”
How The Abstract Game (TAG) Works
Players take turns using their choice of art supplies—whether it's acrylics, oils, markers, chalk, or even digital tools like iPads—to contribute to a growing abstract piece. The beauty of TAG lies in its flexibility; no art supplies are included, giving players the freedom to choose what works best for them. The game encourages players to experiment, express themselves, and explore new techniques while creating a shared masterpiece.
A Special Heirloom Creation
Crafted with care, each TAG kit is designed as an heirloom-quality piece, meant to be cherished for generations. “We wanted to create something lasting, both in the quality of the materials and the memories people will make while playing TAG,” said Bill Alley, co-creator of the game.
Perfect for Families, Classrooms, and Creative Gatherings
TAG is an ideal game for family game nights, classrooms, art workshops, or any creative setting. Its collaborative nature fosters positive interaction, emotional growth, and imaginative expression. It’s more than just a game—it’s a tool for building connections and exploring art in an engaging, hands-on way.
Join the Fun at the First Thursday Event
The Abstract Game (TAG) will officially launch on October 3, 2024, at the popular local event First Thursday. Visitors will have the chance to see TAG in action and even join in on the fun, experiencing firsthand how the game works.
