Hey there art fans, I don’t about you but we are tired this week. It’s been hot. The world is still steaming. Art is being made and paint kits are being produced. Getting ready for The Red Barn Art & Antique Market show on the 28th. We repeat, we are tired. Working 3 jobs (this one included) is hard work all by itself, add in the stresses of family, money, health issues and the dumpster fire that is our reality right now and you get….tired. I am so blessed to have the privilege to complain about all my work. Sheesh, shut-up already…I’m over it.
We will post this weekend after a good long sleep tonight. I hope you are all well in your worlds…I made the art up thee available to the world today. It’s on Red Bubble and I like it. Love Every One…just do it.
Your friend in love and the arts,
Hey all, I’ve been working hard over here in studio. I have also been working a bazillion hours at the day job trying to get the money thing figured out. It’s been hard but I am seeing some changes happen and they are good. I painted a new painting and y’all probably already know that I post daily progress pictures on Facebook/Instagram, that is if you follow me on social media. Anyway…I was doing what I do, this last week with the new painting and 10 minutes after I posted the “I’m done” picture, a patron that was watching it unfold, bought it! That was so fun and exciting and unexpected, it blew my doors off.
I have to scoot to work, but I wanted to share my happy with you all. I so appreciate you being here and taking this ride with me. Life is for sure an adventure. Thanks for being here today and I hope you have a great weekend. 🙂 Love always, HA! <3
We only become what we are by the radical and deep-seated refusal of that which others have made of us.
Hello, good day…it’s Tuesday. Working on several projects at once right now…so much going on inside my head. There was a time, not so long ago, I was intellectually starving. These days my brain pan is cooking along at light speed. I am developing time management skills at an impressive rate. (to me anyway) I am innovating new techniques and methods in the work. And new forms of work are appearing every single day. I am coming back to life from my sabbatical with new skills I didn’t know I had. Isn’t that interesting?
I had a dream last night that I had a cord coming out of the top of my head and it snaked up into the cosmic center of the universe. I was plugging in.
I am plugged in.
It’s nice. I like it.
I’m off to co-create something…and discover what else I can do. It’s all a mystery.
Carry on. Have a great day.
What are you up too in your world? What are you creating? I’d love to hear about it. Lets celebrate ourselves a little, shall we?
